Patients with an up-to-date Opto-Réseau account can order or reorder their contact lenses from our online boutique. If your prescription has expired, our team will contact you to let you know and ask you to schedule an appointment with your optometrist so we can update your file.
If you have a valid prescription from an optometrist outside the Opto-Réseau network, you can reorder contact lenses online. You’ll need to submit a copy of your prescription and photos showing the brand and strength of your lenses.
By ordering online, you agree to the delivery and return terms and conditions for the product you’re purchasing and agree to pay any costs incurred. You also accept responsibility for your order and all costs related to your online transaction.
Opto-Réseau reserves the right to cancel an order on reasonable grounds and reserves the right to refuse to sell a product for commercial reasons.
