Satisfaction guarantee

Your new contact lenses are designed with maximum precision for comfort and for a perfect fit. If you’re not 100% satisfied within 30 days of purchase, your professional will make every effort to replace them with something that works better for you. The satisfaction guarantee and product warranties do not apply to lost lenses; theft, accidental damage, or improper use; or if your prescription changes. If the replacement lenses are more expensive, you’ll be billed for the difference.
